CUSTOMER CARE
Here at TK Paddles we strive to provide only the best products and customer service. All of our products are handmade by our team with special care and attention to detail. Our products are made from high quality MDF wood that is easy to paint and work with. We recommend getting any painted products finished to prevent chipping and fading, by us or at your own leisure. For short questions that cannot be answered on our FAQ page, feel free to DM us on Instagram or Facebook for a quick response. For more detailed inquires, please email us or send us a message on our website. Allow up to 24-48 hours for an email reply.

PROCESSING
Expect a 3 week turn-around time for unpainted paddles. Add an additional 2 weeks for painted paddles. Please be aware that this time frame can be subject to change due to formals and installs season. Keep in mind that this estimated turn-around time does not include how long it will take to ship.
We advise you to order your custom paddle at least 2 months in advance for when you are ready to present it so that you won't have to worry about any delays.
All orders are automatically available for pickup in the College Station/Bryan and Houston, Texas area.
SHIPPING
For non local orders, we ship all our paddles through UPS Ground. UPS ground typically takes 5-7 business days depending on where you are located. TK Paddles is located in the Texas area. For example, your paddle will arrive much quicker if you are located in Texas as compared to if you are out of state.
We are not responsible for any damages or delays caused by UPS. TK Paddles is in no way associated with UPS. It is just the shipping carrier that we use. We recommend that you contact UPS directly if any shipping issues occur. We will do our best though to work with you if there is an issue due to shipping.
STORE POLICY
The quote you receive through our website is just a quote. After assessing all the details in your order, you will be messaged a FINAL quote including shipping and tax to confirm your order.
All sales are final, once you have paid we will not be able to offer you a refund. We are not responsible for any damages during shipping or after pickup. Progress pictures are available upon request to ensure that your paddle fits your vision.
